How do you remember someone who was special in your life? By establishing a MACMH Named Fund—a gift that can be someone’s lasting legacy. The fund can be cumulative or perpetual. You and other family members can add to it at any time.

How it works:
1. The sponsor of the fund gives it a name (e.g., The Jim Goodhealth Memorial Fund).
2. A minimum donation of $1,000 is given.
3. Additional donations can be given at any time to The Jim Goodhealth Memorial Fund.
