* Sunday events are complimentary if attending Monday and/or Tuesday. If attending Sunday only, the fee is $30.
* Groups of 5 or more receive a 10% discount at checkout.
Cancellation Policy: Conference Registration fees minus a $50 administration fee per registration will be refunded if cancellation is made in writing (fax to 651-644-7391 or e-mail info@macmh.org) to the MACMH office by April 14, 2008. Fees are non-refundable after April 14, 2008, but registration can be transferred to another attendee. Please contact MACMH if you need to transfer your registration.
