Dr. Myklebust is the Mental and Chemical Health Supervisor in Intermediate District 287, serving thirteen member school districts in Hennepin County and Minneapolis Public Schools. She works with children, teenagers, and young adults with learning disabilities, emotional behavioral disorders, neurobiological disorders, traumatic brain injury and mental health issues. Dr. Myklebust uses PET and SPECT scans to teach students about the brain and psychotropic medication; as well as multi-modal, interactive approaches while involving students as peer teachers.

As a teacher she worked for over 20 years primarily at the White Earth Indian Reservation in Minnesota. She has also worked as a substance abuse prevention specialist in Iowa.

Scott Harman, MSW, LICSW, IMH-E® (IV)
Scott Harman is a licensed clinical social worker who guides both program and professional development at St. David's Center for Children and Families in Minnetonka, Minnesota. His professional interests include infant mental health, child development, and early, preventative intervention. In addition to teaching and consulting throughout the state, he also sees young children and families in his private practice.

Susan Schultz, Ph.D., LP, LICSW, IMH-E® (IV)
Susan Schultz has a private psychotherapy practice in Edina, Minnesota offering mental health services to children birth through adolescence, young adults, parents and families. She has developed curricula for professional development in infant mental health and Infant Observation. Her work includes case consultation and teaching. Therapeutic intervention with infants, toddlers and parents and the hospitalized child are special interests.

Carol Siegel, Ph.D., LP, IMH-E® (IV)
Carol Siegel is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Minneapolis. Her primary clinical focus is on parenting and the issues that parents with challenging histories encounter while they raise their young children. She also consults with home visiting programs around the state and teaches about early intervention, intergenerational parenting issues, and early childhood mental health.

*We highly recommend that participants enroll in both the morning and afternoon sessions of the early childhood workshops. Those who are only able to attend a half day should sign up for the morning session as the afternoon session builds upon the morning presentation.
