2020 Conference Exhibitor Packages

This year, we’re excited to be offering some additional exhibitor perks at no additional cost. New in 2020, all exhibitors will have their agency’s name and contact information listed on our Virtual Exhibit Hall web page. Plus all our booth exhibitors will receive one complimentary conference registration ($399 value) as well as a list of attendee names and contact information post-conference.

Also, in addition to our traditional booth options, we’re excited to be offering a new Virtual Exhibit Package designed to help exhibitors connect with those who participate in our conference virtually via webinar.

Exhibitor Details

  • Register early! Our exhibit hall fills up before the deadline of April 1, 2020.
  • Exhibit set-up day is Sunday, April 26, 2 – 6 pm; exhibits are open Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28. Exhibiting hours on Monday are 7:30 am – 3:00 pm and Tuesday 7:30 am – 1:15 pm.
  • A registration confirmation will be emailed to your primary contact. This contact will also receive additional information prior to the conference about preparing for exhibiting. Please be on the lookout for follow-up emails and be sure to respond promptly!
  • We offer one complimentary registration ($399 value) as part of each booth package
  • Exhibit tables must be staffed during ALL breaks, including morning breaks (pre-keynote presentation), and lunch breaks.
  • Do not leave valuable items unattended at your exhibit booth. MACMH and the DECC are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen exhibition materials or personal property left during exhibit hours. The exhibit hall is locked at all other times.
  • Parking at the DECC is $5.00 per day.
  • Cancellation policy: Exhibit registration fees minus a $50 administration fee per booth will be refunded if cancellation is made in writing (e-mail info@macmh.org) to the MACMH office by April 1, 2020.
  • There are 84 booths available in various sizes to fit your needs; select your choice when registering.
